preview sims are using the overlay over the EA default skin, but it can be combined with any skin!! works for child up to elder, also suitable for both male & female sims this is a non default overlay, the slot is for the forehead crease! I do NOT take any credit for the components i combined to create this, all i did was extend the mouth a little and intensify some highlights, credits listed below!!
